Group Chairman
Dato’ Amrul earned a Bachelor of Real Estate from the University of Malaya and began his career in property management. His early roles included positions at Jones Lang Wootton and Maxis Communications, where he gained experience in real estate, property development, commercial advisory, and strategic communications.
In 2005, he became Managing Director of Stealth Solutions Sdn Bhd, securing a Network Facility Provider (NFP) licence in 2008 to enhance Malaysia’s telecommunications infrastructure. In 2024, he was appointed as Group Executive Chairman, overseeing businesses in telecommunications, real estate, and automotive services.
Dato’ Amrul is recognised for driving growth, innovation, and sustainability. His leadership and extensive network have established the company as a respected name across the region.
Director
Datin Norul Azwani holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Materials) from the University of Malaya, with expertise in quality management, ISO certification, and manufacturing.
She ensures compliance with laws and regulations, fostering integrity and excellence within the organisation. She also serves on the Advisory Committee and Board of Directors of the Stealth Group.
Group Executive Director
Datin Norul Azwani holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Materials) from the University of Malaya, with expertise in quality management, ISO certification, and manufacturing.
She ensures compliance with laws and regulations, fostering integrity and excellence within the organisation. She also serves on the Advisory Committee and Board of Directors of the Stealth Group.
Her strategic leadership plays a critical role in addressing challenges, safeguarding the company’s interests, and driving sustained growth across Stealth Group’s operations.
Group Chief Executive Officer (GCEO)
Dr. Shahril Simon holds doctoral qualifications in Islamic Finance and Financial Mathematics, with training in actuarial science and financial engineering. He began his career in investment and financial services, developing expertise across capital markets, private equity, and institutional investments.
He spent over a decade with CIMB Group in leadership roles, managing large-scale investment platforms across equities, sukuk, private markets, real estate, and infrastructure, with regional and international exposure across ASEAN, Europe, and the Middle East. He later served at Lembaga Tabung Haji, overseeing investment management and performance across a diversified portfolio of strategic investee companies.
Appointed as Group Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Shahril leads the Group’s strategic and operational direction, focusing on financial resilience, operational excellence, and sustainable value creation. He is recognised for his disciplined leadership, strong governance focus, and collaborative approach.

Azlan is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and a Project Management Professional (PMP) charterholder. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil – Structures) from the University of Sydney, a Master of Engineering (Civil – Structures) from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, and a Master of Real Estate from Universiti Malaya.
Azlan began his career with UEM as a Renong scholar and has since held senior leadership roles across both the public and private sectors, including with Lembaga Tabung Haji, Chevron, Weststar Aviation, Jakel Development, Bandar Malaysia, and TRX City. His experience spans infrastructure, real estate development, oil & gas, aviation, investment management, corporate finance and complex multi-stakeholder projects.
At Stealth Solutions, Azlan oversees the Group’s strategic and investment agenda, working closely with the Board and Senior Management to identify and execute growth opportunities. His focus includes strengthening investment frameworks, enhancing enterprise value, and positioning the Group for scalable, resilient, and sustainable long-term growth.

Group Chief Commercial Officer (GCCO)
Sofian holds a degree in Mathematics from the University of Sheffield and a diploma in Space Science from University College London.
He began his career in telecommunications, gaining expertise in sales, business development, and account management across Southeast Asia and Africa. He has held key roles such as Sales Director at EDOTCO Laos & Malaysia, General Manager at Touch Mindscape, and Head of Business Partnerships at EDOTCO.He led EDOTCO’s successful acquisition of local tower companies in Pahang, Malaysia, driving operational excellence.
Sofian continues to optimise operations at Stealth Solutions, leveraging his extensive cross-border industry expertise to deliver growth and innovation.
Group Chief Business Development Officer (GCBDO)
Faisal holds a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering from Southern Illinois University and a Master’s in Telecommunication & Information Engineering from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM).
He began his career in technical roles at Celcom and Alcatel-Lucent, gaining expertise in telecommunications infrastructure. Faisal has held senior roles, including leading sales at Nokia and driving business development at EDOTCO. As the CBDO at Stealth Solutions Group, he focuses on advancing business development in core and emerging technologies, including 4G/5G, fiber optics, IoT, AI, and data centers.
Under his strategic leadership, Stealth Solutions has built strong client relationships, unlocked new market opportunities, and expanded into high-potential industries such as smart cities, automotive, agriculture, and mining, positioning the company as a leader in innovation across multiple sectors.
Group Chief Operating Officer (GCOO)
Ainur graduated with a Bachelor’s in Estate Management from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM). Her early career includes experience at Cheston (Int.) KL Sdn Bhd, where she developed a strong foundation in property management Ainur oversees Stealth Solution’s commercial strategies, aligning them with revenue targets and strategic goals.
She leads a team of over 50 employees across the Commercial, Property, and Site Acquisition teams. She is responsible for the delivery of over 300 sites in Sabah as a Full Turnkey Contractor for the National Digital Network (Jendela) Phase 1 project, showcasing her expertise in large-scale project execution.
With over 20 years of experience, including roles in top companies such as Stocker Roberts & Gupta and CB Richard Ellis, Ainur possesses a vast knowledge and broad perspective in the telecommunication industry.
Group Chief Technology Officer (GCTO)
Ron, a seasoned telecommunications and network transformation expert, holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematical Statistics from the University of Texas at El Paso, USA. He has held key leadership roles, including Principal Specialist of Business Development at Edotco Group, Head of Special Projects at Edotco Malaysia, and Principal Engineer at Celcom.
His extensive experience spans 2G to 5G network transformations, fibre optic deployments, critical infrastructure deployments and large-scale connectivity projects. His experience includes fostering strategic alliances with government agencies, technology partners, and industry consortia to advance digital infrastructure goals, as well as contributing to national telecommunications policy through regulatory working groups.
Known for driving cross-functional innovation and operational excellence, he is positioned to lead technological advancements and enhance organizational leadership in the telecommunications sector.
Group Chief Financial Officer (GCFO)
A graduate in Finance from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), RB began his career at Maybank, holding various leadership roles from 1982 to 2015, including Vice President and Regional Head, where he specialised in credit administration and strategic initiatives.
He later joined Felcra Bhd as General Manager of Strategy & Finance and served as Group Managing Director at Felcra International Ventures. In 2020, he became Head of Corporate Finance at Pharmaniaga Bhd, strengthening his expertise in corporate strategy and financial management.
RB leverages his extensive experience to drive financial growth and ensure stability across the organisation.
Group Chief Executive Officer
Baharudin holds an MBA from Adelphi University, NYC, and completed executive studies at Wharton Business School, University of Pennsylvania. He has extensive expertise in finance and corporate strategy. His career highlights include stints with JP Morgan, Lehman Brothers and Pricewaterhouse Coopers (PwC) in New York, as well as his role as CEO of Maybank NY, where he played a pivotal role in developing the Islamic funding framework for the Malaysian government. He has held leadership roles as President Director of Maybank Indocorp, Group Advisor at Maybank Malaysia, and CEO of Unimap Holdings Sdn Bhd. Baharudin leverages his corporate advisory and financial structuring expertise, backed by experience in both developed and growth markets, to drive strategic growth and development across the organisation.
