On 9th January 2025, Stealth Solution Sdn. Bhd. brought together aspiring leaders for a transformative training session titled How Great Leaders Plan for Their Teams at Dorsett Putrajaya. The day was filled with insightful discussions, hands-on activities, and inspiring moments, led by coach Hazri Rohilio Bin Hood from Winning Minds Sdn Bhd. 

Participants, selected as representatives from various departments, embarked on a journey to refine their leadership capabilities. The training covered essential areas such as adapting to a changing environment, aligning leadership practices with Stealth Solution’s core values, mastering conflict resolution, and enhancing communication through active listening and feedback.
