A glimpse into the future of productivity and digital capability.
On 9th and 10th February 2026, Stealth Solutions Sdn. Bhd. conducted an internal training programme titled AI in Practice: Empowering the Modern Workforce, led by Jeffrey Patrick from Richmark Training. Selected team members from various departments were introduced to practical AI tools such as ChatGPT, Google Gemini, NotebookLM and Claude, focusing on how these platforms can enhance daily tasks through automation, effective prompting and structured work templates.
Beyond theory, the programme emphasised real business applications within Stealth. Teams explored how AI can accelerate proposal drafting, generate structured reports, summarise technical and operational documents, assist in fibre planning analysis, streamline internal communications and support faster content development for marketing initiatives. By building reusable templates and refining prompts, participants learned how to reduce manual repetition while maintaining quality and accuracy in their deliverables.
The sessions also encouraged Collaboration through group exercises, Accountability in adopting new digital capabilities and Energy in embracing innovative ways of working. Discussions on Responsible AI strengthened our commitment to Transparency, data governance and ethical technology adoption.
By the end of the programme, participants developed practical action plans to integrate AI into their respective workflows, enabling faster processes, smarter decision-making and stronger operational efficiency.
